Today, we’re expanding the Arcee Open Models API beyond our Trinity family to include a broader selection of frontier open models.

A broader model catalog lets us serve the full Arcee product stack more vertically while giving end users, developers, and enterprises meaningful choice.

It also helps us better understand why people choose a particular model for a particular task. When the API is used across our products, we can learn which models users prefer for a given task, and more importantly, why they chose them.

Those insights will help us consistently develop and deliver Trinity models that are exceptional, diverse, and widely adopted. More options is also central to the promise of open models: no single model is best for every workload, user, or organization.

Built alongside nac

We’re launching the expanded API beta on the same day that we’re open-sourcing nac, our internal agent harness for long-running tasks.

We built nac to support demanding agentic workloads that may run for extended periods, and over time, what we learn from nac will help us improve how the API routes, serves, and supports models for long-running tasks.
