Arcee is partnering with Bolt on Forge, a new research preview that connects real development work with the training and evaluation of future open weight models.

Starting September 14, 2026, eligible Bolt users who opt into Forge will receive 50x more usage on selected open models. The preview will run for one month, with limited availability.

At Arcee, we build open weight models that companies and developers can run, adapt, and deploy on their own terms. Forge gives us an opportunity to improve those models using signals from the way people actually build software. A finished application only shows the result. The journey to get there contains the original idea, the model’s first attempt, the corrections that follow, and the series of decisions that eventually produced something useful. These sessions can help us understand where the models struggle, how well they respond to feedback, and whether they can stay on track as a project develops.

We’ll use eligible Forge sessions to support model training and to develop evaluations that more closely resemble full-scale creative projects. Models produced through this research will be released with open weights, allowing developers to use and adapt what the Forge community helped improve.

For participants, Forge means considerably more room to build. Developers can use the additional capacity to test ideas, work through bugs, try different approaches, and continue iterating without a daily limit. The monthly allocation can be used at any pace, whether that means an extended building session or steady use throughout the preview.

Forge will include GLM-5.3-Flash (default), GLM-5.3, Kimi-K3, and DeepSeek-v4-Pro with additional open models potentially added as they become available.

Forge will be available from September 14 through October 14. It will be included for eligible individual Bolt Pro users, who can opt in through the model selector on launch day.
